General Review
Matt came to R. L. Stevens & Associates because he had pretty much gone as far as he could with his law firm, as far as earnings go. He had also been with the firm for a long time and needed a change. He wasn’t in a hurry, and wanted to find the right opportunity, with better pay, that he could stay with until retirement.

A marketing action plan (MAP) was designed to meet Matt’s tight schedule. Unadvertised research and quality interviews were provided. Effective follow-up actions were planned and carried out.

Over the following weeks he had successive interviews, each time getting market and company research from his consultant, resulting in an offer as a Partner, with a 17%-plus raise and a year-end bonus!
