General Review
Linda left her company after 10 years as a supervisor and a stellar history of success. Her search was to target operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Her search was also significantly restrictive geographically.
Linda was very assertive implementing her marketing plan. She ‘tapped in’ to many of the facets of the ‘simultaneous strategies’, so as to generate significant activity for interview options. Numerous positions were presented to her, that required a relocation…. She held to her interests of staying locally. It paid off!
She was able to negotiate her way into a company as an outside consultant building regulatory objectives that would ultimately move the company toward ISO Certification. Using a variety of assertive self-marketing strategies, Linda negotiated her compensation from an original offer of approximately $10/hour to a final offer salary of $45/hour for the term of the planning and implementation process.
