General Review

In his mid 40’s, Brian retired from the service. As an expert in nuclear maintenance, he was encountering difficulty in locating a company in his target city that used these unique skills. Additionally, after years of being a “road-warrior” he was hoping he could minimize his extensive travels.

After first determining his functional and industry targets to best match Brian’s skills, his consultant also wrote a powerful resume displaying his transferrable skills into parallel industries. She coached him on effective communication strategies and provided research of companies in his target area, along with the key decision makers.  Brian’s consultant worked with him on methods used to strategically by-pass HR and make an impact on hiring managers.

Within 39 days of joining RLS, Brian successfully negotiated and accepted a position using his transferrable skills that more than met his original expectations! Now, as a technical expert, Brian is exactly where he needs to be for on-going growth and self-development.
