General Review

As a retired Military Officer, Randy secured RLS’ services to assist in transferring his skills into civilian/corporate America.  During the first year out of the service he worked in a contract position and was laid off within the first year. Randy’s consultant analyzed his background to determine the industries to target, then she wrote 2 focused resumes. One for corporate America and one for federally employed civilians. Randy’s consultant then researched companies in both of his select geographical areas. She supplied names of decision makers and worked with Randy on effective communications with these professionals.

With this new research, Randy was able to identify an opportunity prior to an advertised opening. And using his newly developed targeted marketing skills, Randy was able to uncover a Federal company that needed his supply chain expertise! Now, Randy has the perfect fit for his skills and is able to continue using his expert Supply Chain Management skills working for the government as a civilian, doing what he loves most and where he really belongs!
